The inspiration for Trumpette’s signature quirky and contemporary baby socks was hatched in Sonoma County, California  when single parent Jon Stevenson made the move with his son, Nicky.

Jon, who worked in menswear fashion for over a decade, was tired of people mistaking his son, Nicky, for a girl. He designed Nicky a onsie that read "BOY" across the chest.

Today, Jon focuses his talents on constantly reinventing the innovative Trumpette baby socks. Loved by uber moms, Jessica Alba, Heidi Klum, Gwen Stefani, and real moms alike, Trumpette has proved to be the gold- standard for comfortable and contemporary baby socks, apparel, and accessories.
