The delivery of the item was done on the same day. It was great! Customer service was very polite and helpful.

First of all, I would like to commend BabySouk for their customer service. They will inform you ahead of time for some delay but they will utmost give you the needed details and so. The items when they have arrived, carefully wrapped and placed in a paper bag which is environmental friendly and not those big boxes that is easily thrown.

The whole experience was great, customer service were super helpful, the choices in the website were great and new to the usual regional options and the delivery was quite fast!

Good customer service

Super easy transaction! Order was placed in the evening and item was ready for collection the next morning. The downside is that warehouse has no indication whatsoever and was close. Thanks to customer service phone representative, who figured out and resolved the situation in the matter of seconds!

Excellent customer service. Everything I purchased was done very professionally, efficiently and the delivery and assembly was amazing. I contacted the Head Office and they answered all my 100 questions while I spent months choosing between strollers. Then they delivered it to my house, not just dropped off in a box but they brought it inside, opened it up, assembled it they even gave me a full demo of the stroller and isofix base! Rather than driving to a store heavily pregnant, everything was brought to me in the comfort of my home and carefully shown in detail how to use. Then they took the boxes away and cleaned everything up and told me I could call anytime if I forget how to use the items. Very happy!

I spoke to the customer service representative on the phone and they were more than happy to help and I got what I needed within minutes. Thank you ☺️
