Click & Collect

With our complimentary Click & Collect service, place your order online before 4pm and collect it after 12 pm the next day from one of our pick-up locations and no delivery charges will apply.

Click & Collect is available from the following locations and at the following times:

Dubai: Warehouse

Located at: Warehouse 5, Street 10a, Al Quoz Industrial 3, Dubai

Riyadh: Products for Trade Warehouse

Located at: Warehouse # 7, Alsafa Street, JR8G+9H, An Noor, Riyadh 14321 (click here for map:

Timings: Sunday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.30am to 1.30pm.

How Click & Collect Works

1 - Can I Click & Collect my product?

  • Almost all products on are available to Click & Collect from our warehouse locations.

  • If you cannot Click & Collect a product, it will be available for UAE or KSA delivery by one our delivery team members.

2. When and Where You Can “Click & Collect”

  • Upon placing your order, please select Click & Collect in the delivery selection options upon your order check-out.

  • In nearly all cases, place your order before 4pm and collection will be available post 12pm the next day. You will receive a call from our customer service team to confirm that your order can be collected, and so that we ensure that you understand the collect process. If there is any delay in the collect process, we will inform you immediately..!!

  • You will receive a ‘Dispatched’ email to confirm that your order has arrived and is available at the Click & Collect location in your city.

3. How To Collect Your Order

  • Please bring your ‘Confirmation of Order’ email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone.

  • Please also bring a photo ID which can be a driving license, government issued national ID or passport (Note — for all PayPal and Gift Card orders you will also need to bring a passport, national ID or photo driving license).


4. Can I Send Someone Else to Collect for Me?

  • If you are not able to collect your “Click & Collect” order yourself and payment was made using cash on delivery, Credit Card, Gift Card or e-Voucher, then you can ask someone to collect your order for you, bringing payment with them if required.

The person picking up your order will also need a copy of your 'Dispatched' email, and also their photo ID – again, either a driving license, government issued national ID or passport. When possible, and for security purposes, please tell our customer service staff the name of the person that will be picking up your order for you.

How To Hold Your “Click & Collect” Order

  • If you want to take advantage of a special offer but can’t collect your “Click & Collect” order the next day, we don’t want you to miss out.

So, when we call you to confirm your collection from any of our warehouse locations, simply let us know that you want to delay collection for up to 14 days.

Please note that this service is only available where the collection point is our warehouse.

  • If your order isn't collected within 14 days, then it will be cancelled and fully refunded (if already paid).

Some Exceptions

  • Most of our products are available for Next Day Click & Collect collection, however in some cases, such as for personalised or tailored items, it may take a little longer and we will advise you of any delays upon confirmation, so that we can meet your schedule based on special requests.
