Your orders are managed and delivered by our Amazing Sale’s & Delivery Professionals who all take great care to meet your scheduled delivery time, set-up and consult you about the products you purchased in your order, and show you ways to use and care for your products with your family in the comfort of your home.

Delivery Times

We offer and set scheduled delivery times with you based on your schedule, and also do in-home set up and demonstration of your products. So typically, a delivery may take up to 30 minutes depending on the items you ordered and the demonstration you require

We try to make our Amazing Sales & Delivery Professional teams available to all customers, but based on your location, we may need to make convenient yet alternative arrangements if you are more than 4 hours from your logistics hubs.

Our Delivery Rates & Special Charges (if they apply)

Sometimes special requests, remote area locations, or urgent deliveries do require special charges. Below is an easy chart you can refer to for our rates when they apply:

Note: All orders placed on Friday, which is a weekend day in the GCC, will be delivered on the next Sunday unless the customer requests Urgent Delivery (only available in Dubai and Riyadh) which order will then be delivered on Saturday after 10AM.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

You can have goods from the same order shipped to multiple KSA and UAE addresses. Please note that if you select multiple delivery addresses, a delivery charge of SAR/AED 30 will be applied for each delivery address requested, if your total order value is greater than SAR/AED 300.

Order Process & Tracking

Once you have placed an order, we will send you two (2) emails:

• an Order Confirmation email; and

• an email to let you know that we have dispatched your order with a member of our Amazing Sale’s & Delivery Professional team – along with the name of the team member and the time of delivery you agreed with you Customer Happiness Team.

Where possible, we deliver most orders direct to your door in the KSA and UAE with our own delivery team, and we will agree with you on a two (2) hour window within which you can expect your delivery.

For some locations and at very busy periods, we use trustworthy courier partners to deliver your orders to your door, and also where possible these couriers offer secure tracking. For more information on the progress of your orders, you can:

Frequently Asked Delivery Questions

Why are personalized products not available for next day delivery?

Our personalised products (embroidery, specialized requests) are not available next day as we use a 3rd party supplier for our personalized products. Delivery rates can vary from these suppliers (Delivery times are highlighted in the Overview of the product detail). As soon as we receive the product back from the personlisation supplier, your delivery will be immediately scheduled with you.

What are Specialised Products and the VIP (Very Important Parent) delivery service?

For some products, we offer in-home delivery and assembly services. A good example would be our stroller or car seat products – anything that involves lengthy demonstration.

One of our Amazing Sale’s & Delivery Professionals will come to your home, at a pre-scheduled time, and will assemble and demonstrate the product leaving it exactly as you want it by the time they leave.

The time taken is normally between 30 to 45 minutes to show you everything you need to know about your new purchase.
