UAE and International Shipping

• FREE delivery: We offer free delivery to anywhere in Dubai if you spend over AED 200.
• FREE delivery: We offer free delivery to anywhere in the remaining Emirates (Dubai fees above) when you spend over AED 600.
• GCC and Rest of World delivery rates as per table below. 
• Your Options: We have a range of delivery options so you can choose what best suits you. Don’t forget we also offer click and collect if you are based in the UAE and want to avoid delivery fees when spending below AED 600.
• Delivery to Multiple Addresses: You can have goods from the same order shipped to multiple UAE addresses. Please note that if you select multiple delivery addresses, a delivery charge will be applied for each address.

* NB: Where specified in Product Detail, certain products may not be eligible for next day delivery
* For all orders placed on a Friday, which is a weekend day in the UAE, delivery will be on Sunday unless it is Express delivery (only available in Dubai) which will then be delivered on Saturday.

GCC and Rest of World delivery rates

Shipping charges may vary depending on how large an item is, Please refer to the table below for shipping charges outside the UAE. We will always contact you prior to shipping if costs exceed the below.  The information about the size band for larger items can be found in each product description.

* Please note that customs fees, where charged at destination, will be charged to the customer directly via the courier company upon delivery.

Process and order tracking:

• Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email; and an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.
• Where possible, we deliver most orders direct to your door in the UAE using our own delivery team allowing us to provide a 2 hour window within which you can expect your delivery.
• For some locations and at very busy periods, we use trustworthy courier partners to deliver to your door and where possible offer secure tracking. For more information on the progress of your orders, check ‘My Orders’ in the account section or email [email protected]

Why are personalized products not available next day?

• Our personalised products are not available next day as we use a 3^rd party supplier for our personalized products currently and delivery rates can vary from those suppliers (Delivery times are highlighted in the Overview of the product detail). As soon as we receive the product back from the supplier, your delivery will be scheduled.

What are specialised products and the VIP (Very Important Parent) delivery service?

• For some products, we offer an in-home delivery and assembly service. One of our team will come to your home, at a pre-scheduled time, and will assemble and demonstrate the product leaving it exactly as you want it by the time they leave.  A good example is our stroller products – anything that involves lengthy demonstration. The time taken is normally between one hour to 90 minutes!
